Research tells us that most people in the United States have views that derive from honesty, compassion, and a desire for fairness in human life.
A minority has for many years jiggered and fiddled with the electoral system that establishes who holds state and federal public offices.
This jiggering and fiddling have had the result that two of the last three presidents lost the popular vote but gained the office.
As well, the minority political party holds the Senate.
One result is that the minority party also controls the third branch of government, the Supreme Court.
If the majority is ever to decide its fate again, a bigger voting coalition must come together to gain power and reset the laws in the direction of fairness, honesty, and compassion.
The purpose of this blog is to provide information and analysis about the desires and will of the majority.
